The MSE Triathlon Trzebinia begins on a sandy beach at Lake Chechło in Trzebinia, Poland. The start, finish, and transition areas are located around the Chechło Recreation Center. This lake triathlon offers three distances: 1/8 Ironman (475 m swim, 22.5 km bike, 5.275 km run); 1/4 Ironman (950 m swim, 45 km bike, 10.55 km run); and 1/2 Ironman (1.9 km swim, 90 km bike, 20 km run). Relay teams can compete in the 1/4 and 1/2 distances, accommodating both individual participants and groups sharing the disciplines.
The course utilizes multiple laps for swimming, cycling, and running, keeping the event contained within the lake area and simplifying logistics for athletes and spectators. The cycling portion follows a 10 km loop with temporary road closures. The venue provides food services and race infrastructure near the primary zones. The event is suitable for both novice and seasoned triathletes, featuring updated routes and a recent return to Lake Chechło. A PZTri license is required for entry, and the participant package includes timing chip service, medical support, and a finisher medal.
